  Our very first Christmas Party at our new home, chose Bells Catering, Sales person Alicia was extremely helpful in the beginning, had a new baby, working from home, mistakes were made, I understood that in the beginning. I did note to her twice the “date” was incorrect on the paperwork, I asked her to change it to Friday, she said no problem. Low and behold, guests started to arrive and no food. They did have an emergency number, Ryan Bell, who did help us out and ordered Carraba’s, which we had to drive to pick up, but we did have food and enjoyed our party. We were grateful. It has been almost two and a half weeks later since I called for a refund, HUGE difference in price, Alicia my sales rep did say she would speak to Ryan and call me back the very next day, sadly I have heard nothing. I do NOT recommend this company at this time, in the beginning, I was going to give them a god review. However, now, they owe us over $2000. I’m extremely disappointed that such a large Service company would not bend over backwards to make sure their customers were happy, in order to maintain business in the future.
